Fax Attachments not Working in OWA

We’ve got a problem with OWA. We’ve got these faxes coming in and OWA shows the attachment icon in the list of e-mails, but when we open the message, there is no attachment.

If, however, we check that fax box with Outlook, the attachment is there and can be opened with out any issue.
