Fax on Small Business Server

I have installed a fax modem on my W2K Small Business Server. I need to share this with my W2K workstations. When I try to set it up on my PC, I get the error “Fax network client setup failed. Please contact your System Administrator.” I know this can be done, I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Thanks!
