We are currently awaiting the arrival of our new Win 2000 Server. In the meantime we have installed 2000 professional on our office PC’s. We would like to be able to share a fax modem attached to one of the PC’s, with the rest of them. This does notseem to be possible in 2000 porfessional (fax Sharing not supported). We have a couple of Win 98 machines one of which has a fax modem installed, which can quite happily be seen and used by the other 98 machine. However it does not seem possible to install a Network Fax on the 2000 machines. Is this just the way it is, and is there anyway of sharing a Fax with the network the way it is. We are currently using NT Server until we upgrade to 2000 server. Does Server 2000 have fax sharing capabilities. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
