I recent took over the existing Intranet site maintenance at work. The old process seem to be 10 years behind technology. I want to find a process or software that will allow for the work to be done in half the time.
We typically take electronic file (only Word files) and convert them in to HTML files using HTML Transit. Then we Print them to Fax Senior and save them and TIF files. When the file is electronic (Excel) we also print to Fax Senior and make the TIF file. Then we import that TIF into Paperport and save it as both a uncompressed and compressed file. Next we take the Uncompress file and open it in PhotoShop, crop it and save it as a GIF file. We still must map these GIF images into Html using Notepad.
Please helpme simplify this process.
