faxsvc.exe has generated errors…

Team:

Any advice on how to fix our error here. We just reinstalled a computer with Windows 2000 Pro OS. Our problem is whenever we access the fax, we receive the error message below:

“faxsvc.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.”

Any advice is welcome.
