FC AZIIE motherboard and 56K modem

Please tell me your make & model # of an internal 56K modem used with a FC AZIIE motherboard. Tell me how well it is performing. Are there any problems you are having. Are you using a PCI slot or the AMR slot. I want a good review or at least average. Non functionaly or poor is of
little value. Stay away from a Zoom 2925M.
