Feature Reminders

I am an applications trainer and my firm is rolling out Windows 2000 to the desktop. As I am training the pilot users, if they hang on the shift key, a reminder window pops up to tell them about the “sticky keys” feature. Try though I might, I am unable to find a place to turn off all these reminders and prevent the shortcuts or “tips” from appearing. My colleagues also are stumped and Microsoft.com does not reply to my inquiry. Does anyone have an answer to this question?
