Fiery box causing browser problems

I have a Windows 2k workgroup consisting of a 2k server and 4 2k workstations, a Toshiba FC22 color copier/printer w/Fiery ZXP-01 printer server. When the Fiery is on the network it causes a browser election and sometimes wins and becomes the masterbrowser, which it doesn’t have the capability of performing. Therefore, all my network connectivity fails. When the Fiery is removed from the network, the network eventually stablizes and all seems fine again. Anyone experience these issues or something similar with Fiery and Win2k?
