file copy based on last accessed date

I am migrating a shared folder from a Novell NetWare 4.11 server to a Windows 2000 server and I only want to copy files that have been accessed in the last six months. The last accessed date is in the extended file attributes but I can’t find a utility that will copy files based on this. Anyone know of such a utility?
