File Permissions

I am needing to be able to set permissions so that my users can create/rename folders within a main document folder, but also have it configured so that they can’t delete the folders – ie they can create all the directory structure they want, but they can’t tear it down. From a file level, they will have Read, Write, Execute, Delete.

I have tried RXW for the folders, but that doesn’t allow users to rename folders. I am assuming that to logically rename a folder, a delete is done.

Any suggestions on what permissions are given?
