file repair problems

I have used PC 1 Click to find errors in my computer and have found 143 problems I cant afford to buy the whole program to fix them.I was wondering If there was a way to do this.Also I had to get a download to defrag the computer as well It would not defrag before hand and I am not sure I have the right program to do this
