File replication error

On our Windows2000 Adv srvr I get the following errors.

Event ID: 13506 (The FRS failed a concistency Check)
Event ID: 13552 (The FRS is unable to add this computer to the following replica set “DOMAIN SYSTEM VOLUME (SYSVOL SHARE)”)
EVENT ID: 13555 (The FRS is in an Error state)

The suggested recovery steps are not succesful.

The server is a Compaq Proliant ML370 and our DC with Global Catalog and Fismo.

Exchange 2000 is installed on another DC also a Compaq ML370.

Is there anysolution to resolve this problem?
