File Timestamp Reporting

Here’s the senario:

There is a file in a shared directory on a Win NT 4.0 network. When you view the file from a Win 98 workstation, the date/time stamp is 9/1/01, 3:23am. Viewing the same file with a Win NT workstation, the date/timestamp is 9/1/01, 11:23am. There is an 8hr time difference. I have checked all clocks and they are within minutes of each other. Has anyone ever experienced this and is there a fix or workaround?
