Find out installed SP5 encryption level

Is there another way of determining a Service Pack’s(5)level of encryption other than checking the properties of the Schannel.dll file and the RSAenh.dll(?) file in Windows Explorer? Any advice, thoughts and pointers in the right direction will greatly appreciated.
