Find out logged users after working hour

Is there is any way to know users who are still logged after working hours.
I mean do know a list of commands that I can insert in a batch file and run it somtimes at night and it will find all currently logged users and write the output to a log file.
We have singl domain NT4 and Win95 in client sid.
