Finding all cookies on a PC

I would like to efficiently find all cookies on my WIN98 & NT PC’s by using the START>FIND FILES/FOLDERS facility.
Although cookies are just text files they seem somehow ‘invisible’ to this search facility.
Any suggestions on a neat way to do this?
