Finding files on workstations.

I have a network of approx. 120 workstations. It seems that my users dl files of adult nature. What I want to be able to do is search all workstation HD in one search event. Just like I would search for .mpg, .avi, .jpg, etc.. in the Users folderon my BDC with my find files and folders application. Does NT4 have this capability without mapping all the HD or is there software that can do this for me.
