Finding PC with 3COM MAC on network

I have an IP address conflict on my network.
I know the 3COM MAC address and IP address but
can not find the PC with the 3COM NIC installed.
PING and MEGAPING will not report a Host name.
The MAC is 3COM Europe:22:FF:F8 / 08004E22FFF8
I’m pretty sure this is a 3COM NIC.

Any Ideas?
