Finding video drivers for HP refurb

My non-tech administrator just went and picked up a ‘deal’ – a refurbed HP (I THINK a Pavilion), and the network engineer swapped over the hard drive from our previous Win 2k Server box; so now I’ve got the silly situation of onboard video (the BIOS has been set to use the onboard video) but only 480×640 16-color graphics. I’ve looked everywhere I know to look for the proper video drivers, but to no avail. Can anyone help me locate the right drivers? Or, can someone tell me how to get Server 2000 to ‘see’ the builtin video?
