flash

for some reson i cannot download macromedia flash player for the internet i can download shockwave other free macromedia products but cannot get flash player whwen i need to use it box comes up to download flash player but when i click install now just a white box comes up and stays nothing happens what could be the problem thank you al silva silv9489@bellsouth.net
