Flash bios on Asus a7s-vm motherboard

I have had this ASUS A7S-VM motherboard for about 9 months and every 2 months I have to replace the battery. I’m use win2k pro. O/S, do anyone have the updated ver. to flash the bios for this motherboard and instructions how to flash the bios use win2k pro.
