Floppy Drive not being recognized

The Floppy Drive is not being recognized. There is an ! next to the drive when I go to “Device Manager.” When I click on “Driver Details” it says this…..”A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)” Is there a service that I can check to see if it’s disabled?
