Flushing RAM/RAM recovery on the fly.

Hiya Gang, I was curious if any of you have info on “Flushing RAM/RAM recovery on the fly” Like a batch file etc.. I have tried some of the apps from tweakfiles.com, but most seem to break things or reduce system performance, thanks for any input you might have 😉
