Folder and User Rights

I am looking for a piece of software that will give me the property information (Assigned Rights and Permissions) for all files, folders and users on a particular file server.
Fyre Utilities before Symantec bought them out had such a tool that I use under a Novell environment, now I am looking for one that runs on NT 4.0.
