Folder redirection using GP to a mapped drive

Ok,

I need to redirect My Documents to a mapped drive, the H:\ drive which is mapped with a script as the user logs in.

So because folder redirection is processed early in the logon process, drives mapped via logon scripts (including the homedrive for folders other than My Documents), the folder redirection client side extension is not able to redirect to these locations. At the time that redirection takes place, the drives do not exist hence redirection fails.

My question is,

Is this possible? can I do it with a batch file? and if so How???
