Folders copied/created onto the flash automatically stays hidden

Just recently, my flash drive(sony) seem to hide the folders that I copy onto it. Even when I try to create one, it automatically stay hidden. But files itself are just fine and viewable.

I formatted the flash drive, but the same problem still persist.

Does anybody know about the problem with my flash drive?
