Force uninstall?

Hi

I have Symantec WinFax installed, but it has somehow corrupted. I was to uninstall but it gives an error saying its missing a file. I sourced this file from a different pc, but it still wont uninstall. I tried to do a fresh install, but it says I must first uninstall the current installation.

Now I’m stuck.

Is there any way I can “force uninstall” this software?
