FORCED LOGOFF

I need to find a way to forcibly logoff computers when there logon time has expired and close all open files and programs.
I know in NT4 that there is a box you check off to forcibly logoff computers, but I cannot find anything similar in W2K. Thanks Debbie O’Connor
