Forgotten Password WK

Hi,
My client has forgotten his password. Will I be able to close the jumper on the MB or drain the cmos battery and get in to WK or is there some other method to get pass the WK password? I am fairly new to the WK operating system so if what you tell me is complex and part of the inner workings of WK please explain the procedure.
