form – cgi help

i created a form in frontpage to function as a guestbook of sorts. i created (well, copied from a site) the CGI script for it to function. i ran the page and submitted a test form, and everything went fine, or at least i think so. no errors or anything came up, but theres a problem. what happened to that data i submitted? i wanted to have a page where my site visitors could see their post and others’ as well. how do i find the data and then get that data back onto a page?
