Form Publishing on the Web

I have used Microsof Publisher 2000 to create and maintain a web site. On this site are some registration forms that users may wish to print, complete, and mail-in.
However, when printing from the browser, the forms do not always line up properly on whatever printer the user has.
Do I need a special tool to make my forms printer-friendly or is there a special technique I can use?
Somewhat like TechRepublic does…
