I have been looking around for forms to us to keep track of the information from all the computers in my office. I need to keep track of the maintenance and when it was completed and backup as well.
In my research I found many deferent report formats but they all seem to be a little more then what I am looking for. So here I am asking any of you if there is a simple way to keep track of maintenance, upgrades, and so on.
I?m not looking for sarcasm or any low blows I know I can create something myself but if anyone can give me an idea then it would be great if not please do not reply.
