Foxpro code to launch an application

I have an ERP system built using FoxPro. The report customization tool of this ERP allows to add several “Layouts” for a single report and you can print several layouts from the same screen. In many cases the report templates are built on queries and programs within Foxpro. I would like to know if I can add Foxpro code to a report or report program to automatically launch another application and open a file based on a file name stored in a field within the ERP system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
