Free license ZIPing (arching) library

I am looking for free license (freeware/public domain) archiving DLL that can be used from VB using simple DLL calls (no callback functions, pointers to functions or some other kind of “non-standard” types)

Want to create ZIP, RAR or CAB archives(not all of them, but will not reject such an answer 🙂 )
