Freezing and error mesages

Hello
I’m working on a Gigapro system, its a C-3 CPU at 667MHz. Onboard everything with 8MB AGP Video. Trying to run a scrabble game, the system freezes for 10-25 seconds and then continues playing for 10-60 seconds and freezes again, regularily. Ialso on occasion get the blue scrren of death, fatal errors ect. Does anyone have any ideas? Ive tried numerous troubleshooting technics with no luck. This is the only game my customer plays and i cant find anything on the net for that game. I wouldnt be all that concerned about one game except for the other freezes and error mesages she gets.
