frequent disconect of mapped drive win2k

I am running a Windows 2000 domain. Since we started migrating to 2k we have noticed that drives maped from a Win2k workstation to a share on a Win2k server are disconecting
after 2-3 minutes. Any Ideas on how to stop this. Thanks!
