From a win2k workstation, how do you adm

From my windown 2000 workstation, I am trying to administer local users and groups on a remote windows nt 4.0 server. On the NT 4.0 server I am able to view the eventlog, services and shares, however when I go to access local users and groups, I get an error message error 5: accesss has been denied. I am listed as an administrator on the NT server, and I am using the same account on the local workstation that I using to try and access the remote server.

Is there any other thing that I needto do to enable this to work.

I am connecting to the server via computer management in Administration Tools,of the local workstation.
