Ok, how do I start? At this time in my life as an Air Force member, I’m getting ready to retire (enlisted) from the Air Force. It’s been a great 20 years but now it’s time to move on. I’m about to take this show up to Canada soon (my wife is from BC…=) and I’m trying to find my way around with acquiring some Cisco training (CCSP) as I go up there. What I’m trying to find out now is where can one get some “high quality” Cisco training up there or would it be wise to tool up down here before I depart the states? I’ve been working with small systems (about 9 years) in my off time and have worked with small networks (5 years) in some of the posistions I’ve held in the Air Force. I love working with computers and I am quickly developing a love for the security side of networks. Any suggestions as to where to point the job search based on the above criteria? I don’t have any certs yet because I wanted to wait until I retired before doing this because of the moving target of technology. Any suggestions?
