Front caused IPF Kernel32.dll

Have user that receives “Front caused IPF in Kernell32.dll” when she is in SAP 4.6 comp. Think Front may stand for SAP GUI FRONTEND. Can’t find anything on Microsoft’s website. PC had recently been wiped clean because of previous similar errors consistently reocurring. Any Suggestions???????
