Front page and CGI Content

Dear all
I am trying to publish a web site (done using front page) with a CGI File/folder the problem is that after i have published the site by using ftp certain images on my webpage are not right. I have been told by my ISP that I need to place my CGI folder and its contents onto a differant ftp sever which i have done but this has not made any Difference.
Could one one you clever people out they give me a clue as to what i am doing wrong.
