Front Page – Discussion Groups

I am in the process of creating a discussion group for my intranet using Front Page 98. I have followed all the steps assigned by the wizard. Everything is working except that I experiencing problems with the search page. If I tell it to only search the folder where the topic pages are placed I get know pages found, but if I tell it to search the complete website it finds everything that has the topic word within. I am using IIS 4.0 and the Index Server is installed and working. Any suggestions on why it will not search only the specified directory?
