front panel audio

I have recently purchased an Asus A8N-SLI Delux Motherboard and an Origen X15 Case and realised that there is nowhere to plug in the front panel line in port on the motherboard, I was just wondering if anyone knows whether or not you can plug it into the aux in socket?
