frontpage components

I am attempting to create a web that has a page which will email the results of a form. I get it all setup and use the “Publish Web” feature in frontpage to publish the web to a IIS 4.0 server with frontpage 2000 server extentions installed.

After it’s published, I go to view that page and at the top is a line that reads [FrontPage Save Results Compnent] and when I click on submit, it tell me that server extentions are not installed.

What am I doing wrong here????
