FTP Access to W2K Pro

I am running W2K pro and using G6FTP Server to allow access to my machine.
Problem is is that no one can access my machine.
I have used this program under WIN98 and NT Workstation without any problems.
I have even tried to set up my FTP using IIS5 without any success.
I have internet sharing set up and can access the net etc from other machines in my office, but when I try to connect to the FTP its a no go.
The FTP file are on a FAT32 partition and I have even shared the folder to allow access, but that should not be needed as file permissions are assigned through the server program.
Any ideas.
