FTP file to NT

File create in UNIX MICRO Focus Cobol, written to NOVELL directory. Want to FTP this file to NT. Tried method we are using that works, but a copy of this method tells me : /bin/ls ERROR 2 no such file or directory. cannot find list of remote files. HELP !
