ftp permissions

Hi Friends,

I’ve got an app which uploads files to a folder in my server. Now using ftp services in IIS4 (win NT 4.5 sp6) I would like to garantee that only those files uploaded by the owner could be downloaded by him and that certain privileged users can download files from certain users or groups.
How could I do it?
