FTP Question

I am using w2k server w/ iis. I am trying to setup a folder so a client of ours can login and ftp files to us without giving them access to the entire default ftp site.

I tried creating a user, creating the folder within our main ftp folder and then giving that folder user rights.

Should I have created another site or virtual directory?

Please advise
