fujitsu C-series lifebook !!

Hi,

We just bought a new fujitsu c-series lifebook and when I hit the ‘u’, ‘i’, ‘o’, ‘j’, ‘k’, ‘l’, ‘p’ and ‘m’ keys, the symbol or number on the bottom right corner of the key is entered instead of the characters.

Is this caused by the num lock or something else that I have overlooked?

Please advise !!
