Full Backup

Hey Guys’ I.m trying to find any info. on new technology regarding backup to hardive ie, Raid. Something safe. This is a small business of five pc’s. We have tape backup,only it has laid down to rest, and I’m looking to upgrade. Can anyone help Please. Thanks so much……….Steve,
