Gateway model 700s motherboard specifications

I would like to upgrade the memory and video card on my brother-in-laws Gateway, but haven’t been able to find any specs on the system; specifically the Rambus memory requirements and the ratings for the AGP slot. Also any links that can connect me with present/previous owners of the same system.
